Customer Review: A great pan for serious cooks

My husband loves my healthy, homemade muffins; however, cleaning the pans made me dread making them, until I found these fantastic silicone pans. I was hesitant to place an order, after reading some of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did. They are much better than I had even hoped they would be. There are a couple of absolute must do's when using them: (1.) You MUST place the pans on a cookie sheet for filling and baking; (2.) You MUST allow baked goods to cool thoroughly INSIDE the pans, before removing from the pans. If you follow these simple rules, you will throw out all your old metal pans, use nothing other than silicone pans, and bake more often. I also have several of the much more expensive black-colored silicone pans sold by "in-home" distributors. I actually prefer these red ones, because they are a little thicker, and about half the price.
