This spatula is pretty, and it works well, especially to pick up cooked items while allowing liquids to drain before plating. So far it has held up well to heat and the dishwasher. The tag left some stickiness on the handle; and I would have preferred a non-wood handle in case it deteriorates in the dishwasher. I'm too lazy to always pull it off and wash it by hand.
